It is a sad state that the world is in. So many have lost so much. Logic and reason have given way to self-righteous bandwagoning. People are loud and stupid and love to defend their loud stupidity. Control is never a good thing, please don’t defend being controlled as wisdom or righteousness.
I have lost the beauty of live music. There is no telling when life will go back to any semblance of normal. I can’t compare my loss to those who have actually endured hardship. I have made a wishlist of bands I dream of seeing and a list I’m okay with never seeing. Not included are bands like the Beatles, because they don’t exist anymore. Not included are bands I hate like Train, because if there is a silver lining to this whole quarantine it’s that music like that may not be played for people anymore.
